Michael Ritsema

President

Michael brings over two decades of experience to i3 Business Solutions. Previously, he served as President of 21st Century Computer Specialists, Inc. and Partner at InfoTech Solutions, Inc. He also handled sales for a number of corporations including MK & Associates, IBM, Hand Crafted Systems, Inc. and Van Eerden Company. As President of i3 Business Solutions, he manages various aspects of the company including staff management and sales. In addition to a BSBA from Aquinas College, Michael holds several sales professional certifications such as IBM, Compellent, Cisco and 3COM Telephony. When he is not contributing his wealth of experience to the i3 Business Solutions team, he enjoys travelling, scuba diving and running.

Kathy Labozzetta

Principal and Manager of Professional Services

Kathy brings nearly three decades of IT industry experience to i3 Business Solutions. Prior to founding the company, she worked as Systems Engineer at IBM. As Principal and Manager of Professional Services at i3 Business Solutions, she not only manages the service and support team, but also serves as Account Manager for a number of key clients. In addition to being a Microsoft Certified Sales Professional and IBM Certified Sales Professional, Kathy holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Western Michigan University and a Masters of Management from Aquinas College. When she is not contributing her wealth of experience to i3 Business Solutions, she enjoys scrap booking, playing tennis and skiing.

Andy Kaiser

Manager and Systems Consultant

Andy has been a technician at i3 Business Solutions for over a decade. As Manager and Systems Consultant, he oversees the network services team. His certifications and specialties include Microsoft Server environments, Microsoft Exchange, IBM AS/400 and specialized applications like Microsoft CRM. In addition to providing consumer technology advice, solutions and reviews for various media outlets through his Digital Bits Technology Column, Andy is an advocate of science and technology education.

Jim Austin

Network Technician & Support Center Supervisor

Jim has over 25 years of experience in the information technology and services industry. In addition to gaining experience as Technology Support/Trainer at Kent Skill Center, he also served as Senior Network Technician/IT Manager at Sparton Corporation. Jim holds an Associates Degree in Computer Science from Davenport University, as well as several technical certifications including IBM iSeries Technical Support. As Network Technician and Support Center Supervisor at i3 Business Solutions, he provides technical support for Windows and IBM iSeries hardware platforms and directs support center personnel.

Kevin Clark

Network Technician

As Network Technician at i3 Business Solutions, Kevin manages the customer support center and works with Unix based systems. In addition to his IT industry experience at i3 Business Solutions, he also served as Network Administrator at The Potters House Christian School. Kevin is currently working toward his degree in Computer Information Systems at Davenport. He spends most of his free time climbing or programming.
